Modificaiton to the registration can be made by the participant via the website up to and including 31 October. After this date, all modifications must be mailed to the BIRD office info@birdgroup.be and will incur a change fee of 25eur.
In the event of a participant cancellation, BIRD will reimburse the registration fee, less 30% administrative costs, upon written cancellation before 15 September. After that date no refund will be made.
We are delighted to offer free registration to our Congress for trainees, but we respectfully ask that you adhere to our no show policy: if you are no longer able to attend the Congress and/or conference dinner, we ask you to let us know by September 15.
If no notice is received, an invoice of €200 will be sent to you to cover the costs of the catering at the congress.
